90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON SONDORS OPEN BOX and ReCycled PRODUCTS
This warranty applies to all SONDORS Open Box and ReCycled products (the Products) purchased through the SONDORS website excluding parts and accessories.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
We warrant that your Product(s) will be free against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase (Warranty Period) when used in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual.
During this Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the Product(s), and you follow the instructions below we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either
(i) repair the Product(s) using either new or refurbished parts,
(ii) replace the Product(s) with a refurbished Product(s) that is equivalent to the Product(s) to be replaced, or
(iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Product(s).
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty excludes:
i) cosmetic defects or imperfections to the Product(s),
ii) normal wear and tear or depletion of consumable parts such as batteries, throttles, kickstands, lights and other external components, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship,
iii) damage resulting from misuse, stunt riding, abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship,
iv) the Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other misuse, water damage or normal wear.
HOW DO I OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
To obtain warranty service, you must email our Customer Service Department at SONDORS Tech Support during the Warranty Period to obtain a Defective Merchandise Authorization ("DMA") number. No warranty service will be provided without a DMA number.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND SONDORS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SONDORS’ LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBIKE, NOR SHALL SONDORS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SONDORS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
